How does the system work? A computer with specialized software is installed in the control room. The ASUD-248 console is connected to the computer. Hubs, connected directly to the facility’s engineering equipment, are connected to the ASUD-248 consoles via communication lines. Information from these hubs is transmitted and processed in the control room.

The system allows the use of wired communication lines, including existing ones, as well as radio channels or computer networks, as a medium for transmitting information. Its feature is also the ability to integrate equipment currently installed at the facility. This means that measuring instruments from different manufacturers can be combined in one system.

Concentrator flow meters – KIR-16 are used to measure water and electricity consumption per apartment. One of these hubs contains 16 inputs for connecting measuring devices with pulse outputs (water meter and electricity meter). Thus, using one device, you can simultaneously keep track of hot and cold water in eight apartments at once. The RadioKIR flow meter can also be used to transmit data using radio signals. If there is a computer network, a digital signal concentrator – IP – is used to solve this problem.

To obtain measured values ​​from the control and monitoring equipment, the control room uses an engineering instrument controller – KIO. This allows you to connect up to 124 conventional hubs of any type. This means that the CIO acts as an intermediary between the operation of the hubs in the field and the dispatcher’s computer, transmitting data at intervals of 1. 5 seconds. If the number of hubs is large (& gt; 124), the circuit is supplemented with a multiplexer. The total number of hubs connected to the CIO increases eightfold.

The system allows the user to receive fully automatic information about the status of each measuring device for the period of interest. The software also allows you to use accounting data to create reports, which can then be sent to a payment center or used by authorized users.
