Eliminal Gel combines a special silicon sorbent and lactulose in its formulation, which complement each other’s effects to prevent deterioration of the microflora.

The silicon sorbent has a sorption effect, combating microbes and poisoning.

In addition, it exerts a bactericidal effect against pathogenic and opportunistic bacteria, as well as fungi. This effect helps reduce the rate of growth of pathogenic and opportunistic intestinal microflora.

Eliminal Gel instructions, which are presented in more detail on the MedPravda website. Eliminal Gel cleanses the body of bacterial enterotoxins, allergens, and compounds formed due to putrefaction and fermentation in the intestines, which helps prevent intestinal disorders.

Children aged 6 to 14 should take 1 sachet twice daily; adults and children aged 14 and older should take 1 sachet three times daily, 2 hours before or after a meal. Stir the mixture until smooth before use. Follow with a glass of water. The recommended course of treatment is 10–12 days.
