- Bath – heater for paraffin therapy (you can use a large saucepan in which to melt the paraffin in a water bath).

- Scrub.
- Favorite cream or collagen emulsion. In stores you can buy a set for paraffin therapy, or you can buy everything separately, it all depends on preferences.
Experts do not recommend performing a paraffin therapy session immediately after a manicure, as unpleasant sensations may occur.
Carrying out the procedure
1. Melt paraffin in a bath or water bath.
2. Remove all jewelry from your hands.
3. Clean your hands with a disinfectant.
4. Gently massaging, scrub your hands.
5. Apply nourishing cream and massage into the skin of your hands until completely absorbed.
6. Spreading your fingers, immerse the relaxed hand in paraffin up to the wrist and remove it. After 10 seconds, dip your hand again and remove. For best results, you should immerse your hand in paraffin up to 7 times. If the skin is sensitive, the first layer can be applied with a brush.
7. Put a glove or bag on your hand. Put on a warm glove or wrap in a towel on top. Repeat the procedure with the other hand.
8. For half an hour, while the paraffin gives off heat, you can relax and enjoy the peace.
9. Now remove the gloves and peel off the paraffin, starting with the wrist. Dry your hands thoroughly. It is not recommended to perform subsequent procedures with used paraffin.
10. Finish the procedure with a hand massage using your favorite cream.
